This role partners with business and technology leaders across one or more product domains to enable leaders and teams to deliver customer-centric outcomes with speed, predictability, and quality by creating alignment across product strategy, vision, investment decisions, and execution frameworks. As a member of the Strategic Product Office, this role works in collaborative partnership with cross-functional leaders, coaches, and product teams to help the organization grow in both product competencies and organizational agility. Operating as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on coach, the role applies deep expertise in Agile and product operating models to influence leaders at all levels, support the adoption of new ways of working, and guide teams toward mature, scalable agile delivery practices.
In this role, you will:
Enable Executive Alignment & Strategic Change

Partner across Business, Technology, Digital and Operations to connect strategy, execution, and customer value.
Advance Product & Delivery Excellence
Translate Agile and product theory into practical actions that evolve how teams collaborate, prioritize, and deliver.
Coach teams and leaders through product discovery, roadmap creation, backlog development, and continuous delivery using modern engineering practices. Guide teams in the pragmatic use of AI tools across the product management lifecycle while reinforcing human judgment for prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
Strengthen prioritization and decision-making through customer-centric insights and data-informed metrics.
Promote earlier engineering and architecture involvement during ideation, problem definition, and roadmap shaping to improve feasibility, reduce rework, and strengthen delivery confidence.
Elevate Agile Maturity & Organizational Behaviors
Foster the maturation of Agile skills, behaviors, and delivery concepts across all levels of the organization.
Coach leaders to understand readiness and complex structures necessary to support transformation success.
Lead the resolution of complex challenges through open-ended, analytical questioning to help rethink and change the way work is structured.
Coach leaders and teams on operating model, governance, and risk guardrails for AI-assisted work so adoption improves speed and insight without creating fragmentation, compliance gaps, or loss of accountability.
Develop Coaching Strategy & Capability
Create and implement comprehensive coaching plans informed by observations and maturity assessments.
Mentor peer coaches, Scrum Masters, and other agile champions to expand coaching capabilities and consistency across the ecosystem.
Participate in communities of practice, sharing thought leadership and guidance on proven approaches for resolving impediments to accelerate delivery.
