In this role, you will:
Provide support in retention of existing clients and referral of international banking issues within trade services
Issue, advise and direct collections in accordance with Trade Services standards
Amend letters of credit and process documentation
Identify opportunities for growth opportunity through client referrals
Receive direction from leadership while developing understanding of trade services, policies, and procedures
Process complex letters of credit documentation
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Trade Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of international trade services experience or equivalent, with strong knowledge of trade finance products and processes, including letters of credit, collections, open account transactions, and related documentation handling
CDCS (Certified Documentary Credit Specialist) certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools
Experience supporting trade operations, including static data maintenance, reporting, and metrics management
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams
Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing, increasing operational complexity, and time-sensitive or high-value transactions in a production-driven environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, assess risks and recommend effective solutions
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, risk mitigation and adherence to operational controls and compliance requirements
Customer focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs, provide appropriate solutions, and identify referral opportunities
Excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
