About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Equipment Operator
In this role, you will:
Operate complex electronic or mechanical equipment to process daily work
Support performance and work direction of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
Maintain equipment and systems are performing to processing and service levels
Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures
Perform complex operational support tasks, coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs, ensure diagnostic tools and service aids are in working order
Provide training and guidance to less experienced team of Equipment Technicians
Work with systems to test and enhance new product output to assure needs are met
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Exercise independent judgement within guidelines
Act as a escalation point for less experienced equipment technicians to resolve issues and provide feedback and training
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers and vendors
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Equipment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Committed to delivering high-quality results, enhancing operational performance, and supporting organizational success through continuous improvement and operational leadership.
Recognized as a subject matter expert with the ability to train and develop others
Recognized as a subject matter expert with the ability to train and develop others
Experience supporting New Account Kit production and fulfillment while consistently meeting quality and procedural standards.
Proven ability to prepare operational reports
Demonstrated expertise as an Equipment Operator with a strong focus on operational excellence
Job Expectations:
Must be flexible with availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled.
