Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for complex business and technical needs
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex, cross-functional challenges, delivering large-scale, long-term solutions
  • Drive growth within an emerging middle market portfolio, with a strong focus on prospecting and new business development
  • Serve as a consultative partner to clients and internal stakeholders, providing tailored treasury solutions and strategic insight
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to implement innovative, enterprise-wide treasury initiatives
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or mentor peers across the organization
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, serving as a trusted expert advisor across the enterprise


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success working with emerging middle market clients and driving portfolio growth through prospecting
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior leadership and decision-making
  • Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner, diagnosing needs and delivering customized solutions
  • Deep knowledge of treasury products, liquidity management, and cash management solutions
  • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable solutions
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills with executive-level clients
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts


Job Expectations:

  • This position will require up to 30% of travel
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule 
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$191,000.00 - $305,000.00
