The team plays a central role in helping clients and internal users move from manual workflows to eTrading-ready setup, while ensuring platform processes are documented, repeatable, controlled, and scalable.

- Manage and improve internal user onboarding processes, including access setup, user readiness, workflow guidance, and platform usage support.
- Support customer STP setup, internal system configuration maintenance, troubleshooting, and related platform readiness activities.
- Coordinate connectivity and session management processes and maintenance where applicable.
- Own and evolve the eTrading Playbook, including operating procedures, onboarding steps, maintenance processes, troubleshooting guidance, and workflow documentation.
- Identify recurring manual maintenance tasks and work with Technology and Product Development partners to automate or standardize those activities.
- Create clear documentation that feeds into the Product Development process, helping convert operational issues and user feedback into platform improvements.
- Act as a key internal process management point for eTrading platform users across stakeholder time zones.
- Help establish a scalable service model capable of supporting global platform coverage and ongoing customer and internal user inquiries.
- Partner closely with Product Development teams to ensure platform service experience, onboarding issues, and workflow gaps are reflected in the product agenda.
- Maintain appropriate awareness of risk, controls, and governance expectations relevant to electronic trading platforms, client enablement, user access, and system configuration.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment, influencing outcomes across Trading, Sales, Product Development, Technology, and support teams without direct authority.
- Experience managing process-heavy workflows where accuracy, controls, documentation, and timely execution are critical.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring structure to recurring platform issues, user inquiries, and operational pain points.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and partner with Technology teams to reduce manual effort, improve scalability, and lower operational risk.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document workflows, explain issues clearly, and align stakeholders around practical next steps.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar work tracking tools, including experience documenting requirements, defects, operational issues, or enhancement requests.
