About this Role
The Wells Fargo HR Operations team is seeking a HR Service Delivery Consultant to help advance and scale global HR operational processes. This role focuses on driving efficiency and effectiveness through the use of automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics.
As a consultant, you will take a more strategic, forward-looking perspective—partnering across teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance the employee experience. This role plays a key part in shaping how HR service delivery evolves across a global operating model.
In this Role, You Will:
Lead low to moderately complex initiatives and drive continuous improvement across global HR service delivery processes, including employee data administration, document fulfillment, Power of Attorney and subpoena requests, and employee records compliance
Analyze end-to-end HR workflows to identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and process optimization that improve scalability, reduce manual effort, and strengthen controls
Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to assess trends, identify root causes, and recommend risk-aware, technology-enabled solutions
Partner with operational teams, stakeholders, service delivery partners, and Product and Technology teams to identify, prioritize, and track process enhancements and system improvements across platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support the delivery of system enhancements that improve service delivery and user experience
Develop, refine, and maintain procedures, job aids, and customer-facing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with scalable, AI-ready solutions
Analyze customer feedback (e.g., satisfaction surveys) and operational data to identify improvement opportunities that enhance service quality and reduce risk
Deliver data-driven, insight-led recommendations to address operational challenges and support adoption of new tools, technologies, and process improvements
Provide subject matter expertise and informal leadership to peers, coaching on process standardization, data interpretation, and use of AI-enabled tools
Partner with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate insights, align on priorities, and drive broader organizational improvements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Human Resources operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) practices, including control development, execution, and testing
Experience reviewing and interpreting legal or compliance-related documents
Strong quality review skills with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Experience developing and maintaining procedures, job aids, and customer-facing content that support scalable and AI-ready service delivery
Familiarity with HR technology and emerging trends, including AI and automation
Ability to conduct research and recommend process or business improvements
Strong collaboration and stakeholder partnership skills across functions and organizational levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid critical thinking skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions
Experience partnering with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to identify, document, and track system enhancements and issues
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR systems, including translating business needs into system requirements
Ability to analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Experience with document management, records administration, or documentation retrieval processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$68,000.00 - $114,000.00Benefits
