Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant – Liquidity Product

About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Liquidity Product team. This role serves as a trusted Business Execution advisor to senior leadership, driving performance, key initiatives, and operational discipline through business management, financial planning, executive reporting, and enterprise coordination.

This role does not own product strategy, but serves as a key enabler of clarity, alignment, and execution across a complex, highly regulated environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a business execution advisor to senior leadership, driving performance and execution of key initiatives

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leaders on business management, execution strategy, and operating routines

  • Lead resolution of highly complex, cross-organizational business execution challenges, delivering scalable, long-term solutions

  • Lead change and transformation initiatives on behalf of the Liquidity Product portfolio, driving execution across strategic priorities and enterprise deliverables

  • Lead engagements with Audit, Control, and Risk on behalf of the team, ensuring effective coordination, issue management, and timely follow-through.

  • Run Agile routines across the team and apply strong knowledge of Agile methodology to support planning, execution, and delivery discipline

  • Coordinate Liquidity Product deliverables for enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance, timelines, and regulatory expectations

  • Lead leadership meetings and steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support implementation of strategic plans

  • Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, providing insight into performance against plan and key risks

  • Coordinate capital investment planning, prioritization, and tracking in partnership with Finance and Technology

  • Develop executive-level presentations that clearly articulate key decisions, financial insights, and progress against priorities

  • Engage strategically with partners across Product, Finance, Technology, Risk, and CAO

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a large, matrixed organization

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and investment planning

  • Ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives with strong organizational skills and disciplined execution

  • Strong focus on risk management and control

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience delivering executive-ready materials

  • Experience in banking, treasury, or liquidity-related functions

  • Familiarity with enterprise governance, regulatory, and risk management programs

  • Ability to operate independently with high accountability

  • Ability to balance strong attention to detail with an executive-level perspective

  • Experience Influencing across senior stakeholders without direct authority

  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN or San Francisco, CA office approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range:

  • Charlotte, NC: $139,000 - $217,000

  • Dallas, TX: $139,000 - $217,000

  • Minneapolis, MN: $153,000 - $239,000

  • San Francisco, CA: $167,000 - $260,000

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
