Job Role and Responsibility:
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale business intelligence strategic initiatives. Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations. Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business. Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership. Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures. Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners. Responsible for Operations Support primarily working to address issues and questions from International Operations within Wholesale Lending Operations (WLO). Lead or participate in Incident Management (MIM - Major Incident Management) as and when needed to address critical customer or operations impacting issues. Conduct post event research, impact analysis and data collection for management reporting. Support day to day operational issues, questions for banking operations like SWIFT/wire payments, ACH processing, Account Operations, Money Market and Foreign Exchange back-office activities. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related technical field.
Amount and type of experience required: 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
Specific skills required:
· 4 years of experience in banking operations with expertise in payments processing (international/domestic wires) and ACH/Clearing supporting system processing and issue resolution point of view; · 4 years hands-on experience in banking software for payment processing, account operations, and liquidity management including Oracle Flexcube, Oracle Banking Payment Module (OBPM-Flexpay), and Oracle Banking Liquidity Management (OBLM); · Excellent knowledge of SWIFT payments in MT (Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, Category 9) and MX/ISO 20022 (pacs and camt) flow/processing; · Experience with international trade payments, loan payments/disbursements, financial accounting, and reconciliation process; · Excellent understanding of process flow, use cases, and knowledge of transformation logic for upstream/downstream data transmission; · Experience with Oracle, SQL, XML, and SDLC; · Knowledge of business analysis, software testing, project management, and coordination.
