About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Product Management Manager as a PMO-Manager within the Wholesale Digital and Innovation organization.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for driving enterprise planning, delivery governance, and execution rigor across multiple digital product portfolios. The role will partner closely with Product, Technology, Finance, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless translation of strategy into execution, while enabling transparency, predictability, and high-quality delivery outcomes.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop team of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area

Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the business

Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line

Make decisions and resolve issues regarding content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management to meet business objectives

Interpret and develop policies and procedures

Collaborate with and consult with the team and multiple level managers

Interact directly with external customers

Manage allocation of people and financial resources to support the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of leadership experience.

1. Strategy & Planning

Drive quarterly and annual planning, aligning roadmaps, OKRs, and investment priorities across products in partnership with Product and Executive leadership.
Enable portfolio-level decision-making through data-driven insights while identifying strategic opportunities, risks, and dependencies.

2. Execution & Delivery Governance

Lead end-to-end execution across programs and agile teams, ensuring strong governance over milestones, risks, dependencies, and releases.
Drive Agile discipline through planning alignment, capacity management, and dependency tracking to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

3. PMO Governance & Reporting

Own and standardize portfolio reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, and executive scorecards, delivering consistent and actionable insights.
Provide real-time visibility into delivery health, risks, financials, and capacity while driving data consistency using tools such as JIRA, Power BI, and Excel.

4. Stakeholder & Executive Management

Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Business stakeholders to drive execution alignment and strategic decision-making.
Deliver executive updates, facilitate governance forums, and influence stakeholders to resolve dependencies and unblock critical initiatives.

5. Delivery Transformation & Continuous Improvement

Drive adoption of Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices to enhance efficiency, governance, and delivery maturity.
Lead PMO transformation through process improvement, standardization, and automation, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

6. People Leadership

Manage and develop a PMO team, driving coaching, performance, and capability building across planning and execution disciplines.
Oversee resource planning, capacity management, support hiring, and talent development to build a high-performing and scalable PMO function.

Desired Qualifications:

5+ Experience in Digital Product / Technology organizations, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum, SDLC, and hybrid delivery models.

Proven experience in portfolio planning, governance, and executive reporting.

Hands-on expertise in JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations with global teams.

Banking and financial services industry experience, Agile Transformation experience, Product delivery experience and Program management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual with “can-do” attitude.

Ability to create clarity and structure in complex environment.

Able to work effectively and collaboratively with different stakeholders.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in rapidly changing and constantly evolving banking domain.
