About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Credit Services Technology Delivery Lead within the Credit Services Domain, supporting Credit Decisioning, Credit Bureau Services, and Bureau Management. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget expectations. The successful candidate will lead matrixed, cross-functional teams and serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology organizations, driving execution and delivering scalable, business-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technology delivery leadership, business systems consulting expertise, and domain knowledge in credit services to successfully manage complex programs, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless collaboration across business and technology teams. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technology solutions while driving operational excellence and delivery outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects and programs
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Define delivery roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive team performance and ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for business and executive stakeholders
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively
Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology delivery
Drive process improvements and delivery excellence initiative
Document and own the technology roadmap for Credit Services
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of technology program delivery experience
3+ years of driving strategic technology roadmaps for Credit Services, especially with credit decisioning and credit bureau experience
