Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). This role partners closely with Treasury Management Consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience, support sales efforts, and drive operational efficiency. You will play a key role in analyzing client needs, supporting solution development, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Treasury Management Consultants to gather, analyze, and synthesize client and prospect data to support sales strategies and client solutions
  • Support the development of client presentations, proposals, and relationship insights to enhance client engagement and drive growth
  • Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall client experience
  • Research and resolve low to moderately complex business and operational issues, applying critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Provide actionable recommendations to address business challenges and improve workflows
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and client-centric support
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to retrieve, analyze, and validate data to support decision-making
  • Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within all activities

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury Management support, sales support, or client-facing banking roles, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services (e.g., payments, liquidity, receivables, payables)
  • Experience supporting sales teams, client relationships, or business-to-business (B2B) interactions
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and navigate multiple systems and tools effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Job Expectations:

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.

  • Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote)

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$31.73 - $48.08
