In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategy, growth, and execution of a national Professional Services banking practice
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior executives, partners, and decision-makers across client organizations
  • Develop and deliver holistic financial solutions by partnering across Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, and Investment Banking
  • Own business performance, including P&L, balance sheet management, and risk oversight_
  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team of Relationship Managers and banking professionals_
  • Drive new business development through internal collaboration, external networking, and client engagement_
  • Establish and maintain a strong risk and control environment, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Optimize processes, scalability, and operational effectiveness across the business
  • Allocate resources strategically to support growth, client experience, and business priorities_
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional development


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience serving professional services clients (e.g., private equity, legal, consulting, or alternative asset management firms)
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling a specialized banking or client segment business
  • Strong knowledge of lending, credit structuring, treasury management, and wealth solutions
  • Proven ability to manage business performance, including P&L and risk
  • Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within required timeframe


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%)
  • Flexibility to work across multiple regions and time zones
  • Must meet and maintain applicable FINRA licensing and regulatory requirements
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule in compliance with FINRA standards
  • Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position.  In addition state registration, specific product licenses or SAFE licensing may apply. Additional requirements include meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.  Wells Fargo will initiate the FINRA review process at the time of offer acceptance
  • This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$250,000.00 - $420,000.00
