Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within the GPL Portfolio Delivery team. In this role, you will manage projects from planning through implementation, partner with business leaders and vendors, and ensure successful delivery of payments and liquidity-related initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in larger efforts to independently manage sub-program components of moderate complexity within change management and contribute to project plans and budgets, work with users to understand complex problems and bring issues to resolution in accordance with change management timelines
- Review and analyze moderately complex business organizational systems and navigation to anticipate change impacts while ensuring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement strategies
- Analyze or resolve resource requirements, project dependencies, planning or progression, financials management, status reporting, effective communications, ongoing risk adaptation, appropriate escalation strategies and implementation while leading team to meet change management deliverables and leveraging solid understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation
- Collaborate and consult with project coordinators, business partners, project staff, stakeholders, and project leads in times of highly unusual or complex ambiguity and achieve project goals and established timelines in coordination with more experienced management
- Execute matrix managing other project managers and project coordinators for projects
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree and preferably holds a recognized Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
- Demonstrates experience leading platform-related projects within Payments and Liquidity, with exposure to solutions such as Wires, SWIFT, and ACH.
- Has successfully managed projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through execution, implementation, and delivery.
- Exhibits strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively with executive leaders, business partners, and third-party vendors.
- Has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, with strong comprehension skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrates strong project governance practices, including preparing, maintaining, and submitting timely and accurate project reports, updates, and documentation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and project dependencies.
- Has experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different locations and time zones.
Job Expectations:
- Support a primarily 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM schedule and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones to meet project and business objectives.
- Be available to support business requirements during Philippine holidays when necessary to ensure continuity of project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders in a hybrid (3x2) work environment based at Five NEO.
