About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Fiduciary Specialist.


In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and oversee low to moderate non-discretionary administrative tasks for Trust accounts
  • Execute on basic client requests, including money movement, gifting, pledging, repapering, statements, tax documentation, distribution and name and address changes
  • Build a strong understanding of fiduciary concepts and principles
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures including, but not limited to, distributions, account maintenance, Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, annual account reviews, and management of overdrafts
  • Develop an ability to identify fiduciary risk and escalate appropriately


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Fiduciary Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience and education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

Job Expectations:

  • This role requires an on-site presence Monday to Friday and will follow US daytime schedule

  • The role will report in Five Neo, BGC site
