Technology Business Services Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Services Consultant that will coordinate and deliver technology-related activities and resources in support of business initiatives.


In this role, you will:

  • Support an organization accountable for performing centralized oversight, efficiency, administrative, operational and transformational activities for a set of products in alignment with cutting-edge industry best practices, incorporating corporate standards, policies, and regulatory/legal compliance obligations. 
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement that address business strategies
  • Identify risks associated with technological strategies and propose alternative solutions
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of technology business systems team to meet highly complex deliverables
  • Support technology strategy development or design of technology processes, models or standards
  • Interpret and examine technical solutions for functions with high complexity
  • Collaborate with business and technology management
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Business Systems
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with presentations designed for senior management.
  • Strong excel skills and experience manipulating large data sets
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation programs for the enterprise.
  • Experience with taking administrative and/or shared services from inception to customer delivery.
  • Strong knowledge, understanding and prior experiences with regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global technology environment.
  • Implementation of centralized, standardized and harmonious services across technology domains.
  • Proven experience with managing business and operational functions in a product model construct, including participation in product roadmap planning and feature/backlog prioritization.
  • Experience with communicating complex topics to customers and business executives alike.
  • Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI; workflow; and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$32.69 - $50.00
