About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant / Learning and Development Facilitator within the Training & Access Management function of Fraud & Claims Management (FCM). Learn more about our business divisions at Wells Fargo Careers.

In this role, you will support the learning and development needs of critical Fraud and Claims business functions, helping ensure frontline employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting regulatory and operational requirements. You will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Enterprise Learning & Development teams to design, deliver, and facilitate training programs that drive workforce readiness and performance.

This position supports teams across Claims & Recovery and Fraud Detection Operations, including Credit Card Claims, Debit/ACH/Check Claims, Online Claims, Recovery & Restitution Processing, Identity Theft Assistance, Fraud Alert Investigation, Account Takeover Investigations, Online Banking Fraud, Payment Fraud, and other high-risk fraud prevention and detection functions.

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant / Learning and Development Facilitator, you will create and maintain learning content, facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs, manage classroom delivery, and support onboarding and transition initiatives. You will collaborate with line-of-business partners to identify skill gaps, develop learning solutions, and ensure employees are prepared to navigate complex customer situations, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Manage implementation of complex learning and development solutions for various learning audiences through in the moment consultation, facilitation, or coaching sessions to ensure effectiveness of business and managerial styles
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training delivery, business execution, project management, or a combination of these areas.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and facilitating new hire, upskilling, or transition training programs within financial services, banking, fraud operations, or claims environments.
  • Experience supporting Fraud Detection Operations, Claims & Recovery, Credit Card Claims, Deposit Claims, or related risk and operations functions.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, updating, and maintaining training content, facilitator guides, job aids, reference materials, and learning curricula.
  • Experience converting instructor-led content into digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, virtual training materials, videos, knowledge articles, and interactive learning resources.
  • Experience evaluating training effectiveness and implementing content enhancements based on business changes, learner feedback, performance metrics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs to large and diverse audiences.
  • Experience conducting train-the-trainer sessions and coaching facilitators to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
  • Ability to partner with line-of-business leaders, subject matter experts, and operational teams to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Experience consulting on learning program design, curriculum development, onboarding initiatives, and workforce readiness strategies.
  • Expertise in taking initiative, working independently, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable learning solutions and business outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills, including the ability to navigate differing priorities and build consensus across stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience creating training presentations, reporting, and learning materials.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, apply creative problem-solving techniques, and provide credible challenge while supporting business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Must be willing to adjust schedule to support different times zones as needed
  • Ability to work additional hours and flex schedule to meet the needs of the business
