About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support the Operations Executive for Collateral and Flood Operations in Commercial Banking Operations. The role will also provide support for the site leadership for the Minneapolis team.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing and reviewing expense report submissions
- Execute on day-to-day operational engagement activities across the site with the Minneapolis site leader. This includes management of a team’s channel, orchestrating all communication planning in addition to planning, organizing, and executing on engagement events. Manage supplies both ordering and dispositioning. Responsible for floor access and seating planning.
- Responsible for the daily incoming mail into the site that will include analysis, routing, and timely dispositioning.
- Execute on various business management initiatives to collect, analyze, and present the information for leadership team.
- Collaborate across administrative staff and site leadership.
- Act as information source on group and company policies
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goal.
- Interact with external customers and vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives in a remote environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
- Experience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders
- Experience supporting multiple managers with calendar management across multiple time zones, international and domestic travel arrangements and scheduling of meetings and events
- Proficient and professional verbal and written communication
- AP and AR Procurement experience
- Ability to anticipate needs and independently execute solutions
- Knowledge and understanding of wholesale banking products and services
- Support reporting on business management metrics
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines
- Project management experience
Job Expectations:
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position
- Position location – 600 S. 4th Street, Mpls, MN
- Position requires onsite presence daily

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
