About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Publications Associate (Content Design Associate) to join the Publications Team supporting Wells Fargo Investment Institute and Investment Products publishing.
This is a strong opportunity for individuals with educational or professional experience in communications, web publishing, editing, marketing, journalism, graphic design, or content operations who enjoys detail-oriented work, deadlines, and supporting internal business partners.
In this role, you will help publish investment strategy, research, and product marketing content to internal platforms used by investment professionals. You do not need to be an investment subject matter expert. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, comfortable working with deadlines, and interested in digital publishing, communications, accessibility, and financial services content.
In this role, you will:
- Publish and distribute Wells Fargo Investment Institute guidance, commentary, and product-related content to internal platforms within established deadlines.
- Perform content testing and accessibility tagging to help ensure materials meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards. Training will be provided.
- Support Investment Products teams with web page updates, presentation formatting, communications drafting, and coordination of expiring or refreshed content.
- Help manage content submitted by external strategic relationship partners through internal review and approval workflows.
- Copy edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, Wells Fargo style, clarity, and accuracy.
- Partner with teammates and internal stakeholders to improve publishing processes, content quality, and communication plans.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of web publishing or content production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of Communications or Publications experience, or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with content management systems, web publishing tools, or internal communications platforms
- Experience with accessibility and ADA tagging tools (such as Adobe Professional and Contrast Checker)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfort working with internal clients, business partners, and teammates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Interest in using AI or automation tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Experience in financial services, investment content, marketing, or regulated communications
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and grammar skills
Job Expectations:
- Ability to perform publishing activities early/late in the business day.
- 3:2 hybrid work schedule requires at least three eight-hours days in the office.
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
