This position will shape executive visibility and communications strategies that strengthen Human Resources priorities, enhance leadership visibility, and advance enterprise objectives. In addition to leading executive visibility efforts, this role will help craft comprehensive communications campaigns that support executive priorities and connect leadership narratives to key internal and external audiences. This individual contributor will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior Human Resources executives, translating business strategies into compelling narratives that drive influence and engage audiences. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN; St. Louis, MO; Washington, DC or West Des Moines, IA. Specific responsibilities include:
Executive Visibility: Develop executive visibility strategies aligned to HR and enterprise priorities
Communications Campaigns: Create comprehensive communications campaigns that support executive priorities and reinforce HR and enterprise narratives across audiences and channels
Strategic Advisory: Advise key HR executives on messaging, positioning, opportunities, and risks
Thought Leadership: Create thought leadership platforms that elevate presence and impact
Compelling Storytelling: Translate business and talent priorities into clear narratives for stakeholders, both internally and externally
Content Development: Produce talking points, presentations, briefing materials, articles, and social content and other materials as required
Event Strategy: Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences and speaking engagements
Message Alignment: Align executive communications with enterprise messaging and HR priorities
Performance Measurement: Measure visibility and program performance using reach and impact metrics
Risk Management: Manage review and approval processes that protect reputation and mitigate risk
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Experience advising executives on communications strategy and reputation management
Experience developing executive visibility programs and communications campaigns across internal and external channels
Experience creating content for enterprise leaders and key audiences
Experience supporting executive speaking engagements, conferences, and industry events
Experience aligning executive narratives to business, workforce, and organizational priorities
Experience using analytics to evaluate engagement, reach, and communications impact
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and influencing outcomes without direct authority

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
