Wells Fargo is seeking a Payments Senior Lead Technology Release Delivery Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Technology organization. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the delivery of critical technology initiatives, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high‑impact solutions. In addition will be responsible for Application Book of work management, Investment planning and management for the Channels portfolio.

In this role, you will:
Define and implement a structured technology execution model and reporting framework to ensure transparency and consistency
Implement best practices for delivery execution, including dependency management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Provide centralized oversight of program execution, including cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers
Enable data-driven decision making through standardized reporting, dashboards, and performance insights, and provide regular updates to leadership
Drive decision-making across competing priorities; resolve conflicts between business, product, and engineering stakeholders; escalate and force clarity when alignment stalls
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define clear strategic outcomes and measurable benefits
Drive delivery of technology outcomes and realization of benefits, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, defined deliverables, and committed timelines
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering leads, and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and delivery plans ensuring alignment through consistent communication
Define and manage critical path dependencies across Value Streams; actively identify program execution risks and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in technology program management, Agile delivery, or related roles, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs
5+ years of experience implementing Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) across multiple teams or value streams
3+ years of Experience in payments technology or financial services industry
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with large-scale transformation programs or platform migrations
Experience with Agile at scale frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
Strong understanding of end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and engineering practices
Proven experience establishing program execution frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards
Strong experience defining and tracking Agile KPIs and delivery metrics, and using them to drive continuous improvement
Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams and organizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and large-scale enterprise environment
Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks
