About this role:
Reporting to the YouTube Production Manager, this position produces, shoots, edits, and delivers social-first video content that brings enterprise stories to life through engaging visual storytelling and creative execution. The role partners closely with Corporate Communications, Brand, and Marketing teams to develop compelling content that expands audience engagement across YouTube and social media platforms while supporting business priorities and the company's brand narrative. This individual delivers high-quality multimedia content, applies emerging production techniques, and optimizes storytelling effectiveness across digital channels. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can be based in Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN or St. Louis, MO. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Media Production Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Video Production: Produce, edit, and deliver social-first video content for YouTube and social channels
Content Creation: Develop engaging visual stories that support enterprise messaging, business objectives, and brand narrative
Creative Partnership: Partner with Corporate Communications partners, content strategists, creative leads, Brand, and Marketing teams to develop innovative content concepts
Field Production: Capture video, photography, and B-roll at corporate events to support storytelling
Social Consulting: Advise stakeholders on social video best practices, formats, and production approaches aligned to business objectives and brand narrative
Motion Design: Create motion graphics, text overlays, and visual elements that enhance engagement
Trend Analysis: Monitor social trends and recommend new formats, styles, and production approaches
Video Formats: Produce a variety of formats, including studio/podcast-style video, social explainers, visual storytelling, on-the-street interviews, and event recap content
AI Content Development: Leverage AI to support scripting, storyboarding, and content development
Executive Storytelling: Support video productions featuring senior leaders, including C-suite executives
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Media Production, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience producing social-first video content for YouTube and digital platforms
Experience creating visual stories that support enterprise messaging and brand narrative
Experience capturing video, photography, and event content for external audiences
Experience developing motion graphics, text overlays, and visual enhancements to drive engagement
Experience applying social video best practices and content optimization techniques
Experience supporting video productions featuring senior leaders and executive communications
Experience leveraging AI tools for scripting, storyboarding, and content development
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
