Change Implementation Consultant

About this role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless onboarding and implementation experience for Treasury Management clients. You will serve as the central point of coordination throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering with clients, internal business partners, and product teams to successfully execute complex onboarding initiatives.
 

This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, navigate changing business needs, and effectively lead implementation activities from planning through execution. Successful team members are strong communicators, skilled relationship builders, and comfortable managing challenging situations while maintaining a positive client experience.
 

Working within a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will coordinate implementation timelines, facilitate stakeholder meetings, resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure clients are successfully transitioned to their Treasury Management solutions. You will partner closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Advisors, Product teams, Operations, and Service partners to drive successful outcomes for both clients and the bank.
 

The ideal candidate brings a combination of Treasury Management knowledge, project management discipline, client-facing experience, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will:

  • Participate in less complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
  • Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
  • Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
  • Identify, and provide effective training methods
  • Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
  • Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of implementation experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of treasury services experience
  • 2+ years of financial services experience • Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills • Good attention to detail and accuracy skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment


Job Expectations:

  • Position will report to one of the posted locations per Enterprise/LOB guidance.
