Senior Technology Business Services Consultant - Employee Experience

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant for the Employee Experience team to support strategic planning and execution for complex initiatives that may be global or regional in scope. The candidate will work with a global delivery team to define, plan, and execute employee change strategies for various products, rollouts, and initiatives, enabling measurable outcomes through strong governance and communication.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services

  • Review customer information with the technology team

  • Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise

  • Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer

  • Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations

  • Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions

  • Provide guidance on leveraging new technology

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder management, governance, and the ability to facilitate strategy and planning discussions (workshops, prioritization, roadmaps).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready storytelling, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for employee-facing audiences; proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of products (Copilot proficiency desired).
  • Demonstrated experience with change management and employee adoption (communications planning, training/learning enablement, engagement tactics, reinforcement) and establishing measurement approaches (KPIs/OKRs, adoption metrics, dashboards) to translate results into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting global or enterprise programs with a regional lens (translating strategy into local execution, managing local stakeholders, and balancing standardization with regional needs).

Job Expectations:

  • Lead employee change management end-to-end (impact assessment, readiness planning, communications, engagement, training enablement, reinforcement, and measurement) and define integrated rollout plans for products, process changes, and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder management and communication plans; align leaders across functions and represent the region for global/regional initiatives by owning local execution, partnering with local stakeholders, and incorporating regional requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives, including strategy planning, operating rhythms, and delivery governance.
  • Define success measures and track progress through meaningful metrics, scorecards, and reporting; assess strategic approaches and the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
  • Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, apply creative approaches to solve complex issues, and develop solutions and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Work in a hybrid environment as applicable to the role and maintain flexibility in schedule to support critical deliverables and stakeholder needs to enable collaboration across time zones when necessary.
  • Lead and participate in employee-facing engagement activities (e.g., town halls, demos, office hours, training sessions) to support change rollouts and drive adoption.
  • Occasional travel may be required based on business needs (e.g., team meetings, stakeholder workshops, and offsites).
  • Demonstrate strong ownership of deadlines, risk leadership, and dependency management: proactively manage dependencies, escalate risks/issues early, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes, in alignment with applicable policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Experience working with and managing global technology teams and technology landscape; ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions.
