If you're a ServiceNow builder, not a ServiceNow administrator, this opportunity is for you. You'll own the delivery of enterprise-scale solutions, implementing APIs, integrations, workflows, and Service Catalog capabilities while supporting a bi-weekly release cycle.
We're looking for a certified ServiceNow expert who combines strong engineering capabilities with AI-enabled development practices and excels at partnering across teams to turn business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Work with Agile Scrum Team composing of delivery team members located both onshore and offshore.
Demonstrate proficiency in using AI-assisted development and analysis tools (e.g Github Copilot, NowAssist, and approved code centric agents)
Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis and troubleshooting
Apply strong technical judgement when validating and integrating AI-assisted outputs into solutions
Understand and account for model limitations, security risks and operational considerations.
Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of ServiceNow experience
3+ years of ServiceNow experience with Service Catalog
3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow
3+ years of experience with Agile in a development environment
3 + years of API development and other integration framework
2+ years of GenAI/Agentic AI development using tools such as NowAssist, Tachyon and other AI modelling tools
ServiceNow certifications: (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator, (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist, AND (CAD) Certified Application Developer
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches during off-hours, production releases and validate Service Catalog implementations
Desired Qualifications:
Web Services and integration experience
Knowledge and understanding of technology architecture: solutions involving API development
Ability to develop reports and metrics
Knowledge and understanding of all phases of project development and testing lifecycle
Experience in testing automation using Testing tools such as ATF, Playwright, Octane and others
Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
Other ServiceNow Certifications
