Lead Digital Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support the modernization of Customer Information View (CIV), a legacy platform used by approximately 25,000 employees across multiple Lines of Business. Will translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that drive delivery of new servicing capabilities while meeting regulatory, operational, and customer experience requirements. Will provide deep expertise in current and future-state CIV processes, helping prioritize product investments, improve delivery efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure solutions meet employee, customer, and compliance needs.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a Product Owner and managing a feature-level backlog.
  • Strong ability to break down complex business problems into manageable, actionable requirements.  
  • Experience translating business needs into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Ability to analyze product features for regulatory, security, risk, and compliance impacts.
  • Ability to Identify dependencies, risks, and delivery bottlenecks across teams and systems.
  • Experience supporting governance and audit activities through documentation and evidence collection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with the Contact Center and/or Branch domain to quickly understand customer and stakeholder needs.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, workflow modeling, and backlog support.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, product owners, and business partners.
  • Experience using data analysis, reporting, and BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to collect, validate, and analyze product and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers.

Job Expectations:

  • Adherence to in-office attendance expectations; position offers a hybrid work schedule of three (3) days in the office and two (2) days working remotely

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
