  • Translate operating model changes, efficiency initiatives, location strategy actions, headcount movements, organizational moves, and expense allocation impacts into clear financial context.

  • Develop executive-ready materials, commentary, and presentations that frame key drivers, trade-offs, recommendations, and follow-up questions for leadership discussions.

  • Partner across Finance, Corporate Risk, supported businesses, and related teams to understand drivers, resolve issues, and move work forward.

  • Navigate teams, systems, reporting tools, datasets, and processes with ownership and follow-through to identify the right information, stakeholders, and resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to question variances, connect financial inputs, and determine whether results reconcile, align with expectations, or require further investigation.

  • Strong reconciliation discipline across reporting, tie-outs, commentary, and leadership-facing deliverables.

  • Ability to prepare executive-ready materials, support senior leader discussions, respond thoughtfully to follow-up questions, and continue building credibility through clear analysis, sound judgment, and strong presence.

  • Ability to partner across Finance, Corporate Risk, supported business organizations, and partner teams while navigating systems, datasets, reporting tools, and processes with ownership, curiosity, and follow-through.

  • Ability to translate financial results into clear business context, including operating model changes, efficiency initiatives, headcount actions, location strategy, organizational moves, and expense allocation impacts.

  • Experience supporting close, forecast, variance analysis, expense management, headcount reporting, management reporting, and risks/opportunities for risk, control, compliance, finance, or other enterprise functions.

  • Ability to investigate issues, clarify trade-offs, escalate when needed, propose practical paths forward, and balance recurring cycles with ad hoc requests while maintaining accuracy.

  • Ability to explain allocation drivers, cost movements, and internal chargeback impacts in clear, business-facing terms.

  • Experience with Excel, financial systems, reporting tools, large datasets, dashboards, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
