About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Program Analyst
In this role, you will:
- Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization
- Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within functional area
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers if applicable
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Underwriting mortgage experience in conventional & FHA products.
- Strong knowledge in Government Sponsored Entities (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and their underwriting procedures.
- Strong Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate domain.
- Strong knowledge in 3rd party documents i.e., Appraisal, PCR, ESA, Flood Determination.
- Strong MS Excel, PPT, AI Tools are mandatory.
- Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet targets
- Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills
- Flexibility towards work on different processes/assignments
- Master Degree in Accounting and Finance - Graduate year 2027
- Any professional Finance/Accounting/Economics certification would be a plus
