About this role

The Business Execution Associate serves as a key coordinator supporting contract negotiation workflows, content governance, and documentation management activities within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). This role is responsible for ensuring critical business processes move efficiently from initiation through completion by partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Management teams.

This position plays an important role in coordinating stakeholder reviews, managing governance and certification processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documentation is complete, compliant, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and has a strong attention to detail. Success in this role comes from building partnerships, driving process discipline, and serving as the central point of coordination across a wide range of business partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate contract-related workflows by identifying and engaging appropriate subject matter experts to support reviews and approvals.

  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Relationship Management teams to facilitate timely completion of requests and deliverables.

  • Monitor and manage workflow progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and help ensure business timelines are achieved.

  • Collect, organize, package, and maintain critical contract documentation and supporting records throughout the contract lifecycle.

  • Support documentation retention and governance requirements to ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

  • Own and execute certification and recertification processes for client-facing non-promotional content, including service descriptions, user guides, and other business materials.

  • Coordinate reviews, approvals, and governance requirements to ensure content remains current, compliant, and properly maintained throughout its lifecycle.

  • Manage and maintain workflow and governance tools used to track reviews, approvals, certifications, and documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen controls.

  • Balance multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience coordinating cross-functional workflows, managing documentation and governance processes, and balancing multiple priorities to achieve timely, accurate results.

  • Strong organizational and process management skills.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Experience supporting governance, compliance, legal, risk, audit, or documentation-related processes.

  • Experience working with workflow management, content management, or document retention systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and business processes quickly.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
