About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity.
This role supports a strategic portfolio of Corporate & Investment Banking clients within the Industrials sector, partnering with clients to optimize treasury operations, improve working capital, and implement payments, liquidity, and cash management solutions.

In this role, you will:
- Advise senior client executives and internal stakeholders on treasury, payments, liquidity, and working capital strategies
- Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver tailored treasury solutions for large corporate clients
- Advise large corporate clients on optimizing payment, collection, and risk mitigation processes to improve working capital performance and support broader financial objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve payments, collections, cash flow, liquidity management, and operational efficiency
- Consult on key treasury disciplines, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, working capital optimization, and risk mitigation
- Lead complex client engagements and deliver innovative solutions that support business growth and strategic objectives
- Collaborate across product, sales, operations, and implementation teams to provide exceptional client outcomes
- Serve as a treasury management subject matter expert, mentor team members, and support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience advising large corporate clients on treasury transformation initiatives, including the optimization of payment and collection processes, working capital strategies, and end-to-end treasury operations across the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles
- Deep understanding of corporate treasury, liquidity management, cash flow optimization, receivables, payables, and risk mitigation strategies, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and financial performance
- Experience supporting clients within the Industrials sector, including transportation, aerospace and defense, building materials and supplies, packaging and paper, and manufacturing organizations
- Proven ability to consult with senior finance, treasury, and operational leaders on complex treasury, payments, and working capital challenges
- Strong knowledge of treasury management products and solutions, including payments, receivables, liquidity management, and commercial card solutions
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional client engagements and collaborating with relationship managers, product partners, and implementation teams to deliver strategic outcomes
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00Benefits
