About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to support charitable giving and community engagement initiatives across Home Lending, the Vehicle Donation Program, and other Corporate & Business Lending (CBL) programs. This role is responsible for coordinating grant administration, managing program operations, supporting community donation events, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing and vendor-related activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage grant review, approval, and processing activities across Home Lending and community investment programs.

  • Coordinate nonprofit partner communications and ensure timely execution of grant-related deliverables.

  • Lead planning and execution of donation and community engagement events, including logistics and run-of-show development.

  • Oversee marketing signage development and production, partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Experience with tracking program budgets, invoices, and expenditures to ensure accurate financial management.

  • Collaborate with vendors to manage production timelines, shipping logistics, and invoicing processes.

  • Maintain and monitor internal workflows, ensuring projects remain on track and follow-up actions are completed.

  • Administer grant reviews and processing within Benevity for Corporate and Business Lending (CBL) programs.

  • Support cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality community impact and charitable giving initiatives.

  • Drive operational excellence through strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.

  • Ensure timely processing of grants and vendor payments while maintaining compliance with company standards.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with nonprofit partners and internal business leaders.

  • Support additional Community Impact and Corporate & Business Lending initiatives as business needs evolve.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting corporate philanthropy, community relations, nonprofit partnerships, event management, or related programs.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Experience managing budgets, invoices, and expense tracking with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with nonprofit organizations and senior leaders.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.

  • Passion for community engagement and creating positive social impact.

  • Experience with executing grant review, approval, processing, and reporting activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate communications with nonprofit organizations, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

  • Experience with supporting the planning and execution of community donation and volunteer events, including logistics management and event operations.

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the stated locations on the job opening.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
