About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with real estate related services in lending, valuation, underwriting, valuation compliance and operations
- Review or perform high risk and complex valuation assignments
- Oversee less experienced appraisers to ensure appropriate development
- Review and develop commercial real estate financial statements on highly complex properties
- Receive direction from management and exercise independent judgment
- Develop an understanding of the processes used in Valuations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, managers, and customers
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Valuations, Lending, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Residential valuation review and underwriting experience; experience with the Collateral Management system
Job Expectations:
- Demonstrate flexibility to work U.S. business hours, with typical shift start times ranging from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT
- Report on-site at the designated work location as required.
- Eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, subject to business needs and company policy.
