Senior Business Execution Consultant - Strategic Operations and Insights

About this role:

The Banking Inclusion & Partnerships team advances Wells Fargo priorities by delivering financial inclusion solutions that meet the needs of customers and communities across the financial spectrum. The team is responsible for execution of Wells Fargo’s Banking Inclusion Initiative (BII), a long-term commitment to improving financial health outcomes. Through financial coaching programs, partnerships, and targeted activations, the team promotes access to banking resources, services, and education with a focus on improving the financial health of low- and moderate-income communities.

Reporting to the Head of Banking Inclusion & Partnerships, this role drives performance analytics, supports development and implementation of emerging strategic initiatives, and helps drive execution across existing financial coaching programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead execution of financial coaching programs and innovation initiatives through project management, governance routines, execution tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Support branch, banker, and coach onboarding, readiness, training logistics, system access, attestations, and program implementation activities.

  • Manage cross-functional partner relationships and coordinate delivery of programs, services, and strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

  • Lead performance reporting, data quality assurance, analytics, dashboards, and executive presentations to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Track, research and evaluate business, operational, and strategic opportunities, identify risks and efficiencies, make prioritization recommendations and facilitate team and leadership decision-making on new business initiatives to pursue.

  • Support rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of financial health solutions, including new coaching capabilities, content, and customer engagement experiences.

Required Qualifications:  

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and strategic initiatives, including planning, governance, execution tracking, risk management, and successful delivery while managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving results with limited oversight.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging Power BI and other reporting tools to develop dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, synthesize data, and deliver actionable insights through executive-ready recommendations and storytelling.

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships across highly matrixed organizations and effectively collaborate with business, risk, finance, communications, and senior leadership teams.

  • Experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic communications that translate complex information into clear recommendations and support informed decision-making.

  • Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges, assess risks, and drive sound recommendations aligned to strategic priorities.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

  • Experience in product management, digital strategy, business transformation, or customer-focused initiatives, with demonstrated success driving adoption, process improvement, or strategic change.

  • Knowledge of branch operations, customer engagement, financial coaching, financial wellness, community impact, customer research, marketing, or related disciplines is preferred.

Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid schedule; 3 days in office, 2 days remote


Pay Range
 


Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
