About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to help drive data-informed decision-making and support strategic deployment objectives across the enterprise. You will leverage data to build out strategy deployments and strengthen risk management practices and improve business outcomes.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to deploy strategies that support enterprise priorities. In this role, you will:

  • Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable SAS-based solutions that support operational, reporting, and risk management objectives.
  • Design, develop, enhance, and optimize SAS programs, workflows, and processes to improve performance, efficiency, and data quality.
  • Monitor and support daily, weekly, and monthly production processes, ensuring the reliable execution of critical analytical and reporting activities.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, data discrepancies, and performance issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to support production releases, change management activities, and post-implementation validation efforts.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and process exceptions while meeting established service level expectations.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and control checks to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data used for business decision-making.
  • Analyse data and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements by maintaining appropriate documentation, evidence, and adherence to established controls.
  • Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, testing activities, and implementation approvals to promote high-quality and compliant analytical solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance operational procedures, support documentation, and control processes to ensure consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver analytical insights and solutions that support business objectives and strengthen the overall risk and control environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience in Analytics, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAS and SQL with proven experience developing and supporting production processes.
  • Solid understanding of risk, control, governance, and compliance frameworks within a production environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment.

Job Expectation

  • Timing will be 1:30pm to 10:30pm.
