Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Sales Enablement Consultant to join the Securities Based Lending (SBL) Financial Advisor Support team within Wealth & Investment Management. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to Financial Advisors and internal business partners throughout the Securities Based Lending process.
The Lead Sales Enablement Consultant will help Financial Advisors navigate the SBL sales and onboarding process, answer lending-related questions, and provide hands-on support for complex or non-routine matters. This individual will coordinate across business partners to help move requests and escalations toward timely resolution while delivering a consistent support experience.

In this role, you will:
- Serve as a Securities Based Lending subject matter expert for Financial Advisors and internal partners, providing guidance throughout the lending process.
- Support Financial Advisors through the SBL sales process by answering product, process, onboarding, and lending-related questions.
- Provide hands-on support for complex, non-routine, or one-off lending matters that require additional coordination and follow-through.
- Manage and coordinate escalated SBL matters, partnering with appropriate teams to help drive timely resolution and keep stakeholders informed.
- Guide Financial Advisors through the onboarding process, helping clarify requirements, next steps, documentation needs, and potential obstacles.
- Lead complex initiatives and provide consultation on matters requiring in-depth knowledge of lending processes, policies, procedures, and business requirements.
- Research and analyze complex lending situations to identify issues, determine appropriate next steps, and facilitate solutions with internal business partners.
- Build effective partnerships across Product Management, sales, lending, operations, and other stakeholder groups to support the SBL business.
- Identify recurring questions, process challenges, and opportunities to improve the Financial Advisor experience.
- Communicate complex lending information clearly and practically to Financial Advisors and other stakeholders.
- Exercise independent judgment while balancing business needs, client experience, risk considerations, policies, and established lending requirements.
- Share lending expertise, best practices, and process knowledge with peers and business partners.
- Lead or participate in initiatives designed to improve SBL sales support, onboarding, processes, and overall business effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of business support, sales enablement, lending, product support, program management, and/or process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting Securities Based Lending, wealth lending, private banking, securities-backed lending, or other lending products.
- Experience providing sales, product, or lending support to Financial Advisors or other wealth management professionals.
- Strong knowledge of lending processes, including application, documentation, onboarding, approval, and fulfillment activities.
- Experience researching, coordinating, and resolving complex or escalated lending, operational, or client-related matters.
- Ability to communicate complex lending products, processes, and requirements clearly to Financial Advisors and business partners.
- Experience collaborating across product, sales, lending, operations, credit, and other business functions to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide hands-on support for complex or non-routine matters through resolution.
- Strong relationship management, organizational, problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
