Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations. 

Department Overview:
The roles involves working with an industry leading Corporate and Investment Bank in the CIB support team. Specifically, this involves high impact deliverables on M&A, DCM, ECM and other IB deals.  The roles working closely with the US deal team on pitchbooks. The roles involves significant opportunities to learn, develop and work as an integral member of the front office teams in business.

About the Role: Provide services to make documents brand compliant and aesthetically enhanced. Assist team members in creating their client presentations, confidential information memorandum (CIM), and pitchbooks. Also enable the LOBs to focus on their business objectives while providing the following services: brand compliance, formatting, spell/grammar checking, graphic design, desktop publishing, cartography, image searches, and data clean-up.

Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for multiple deliverable types including presentations, maps, charts and graphs, meeting and events materials, and more. Provide quality and timely results while maintaining excellent communications with clients from across CIB/CB. This role requires consultation skills to deliver projects to meet both the clients’ expectations and the objectives of the Wells Fargo brand.

Specific Responsibilities: Pulls requests from an automated queue Prioritize request based on estimated time needed to complete, and client need Communicate with clients, with a consultative and customer service mindset Become an expert in and advocate for the Wells Fargo brand Work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work well autonomously Track, document, and maintain project files and information in job archives Review jobs for quality, brand adherence, accuracy, and completeness

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a fixed night shift (9 PM–6 AM IST) to support US‑based teams with consistent coverage and rapid turnaround.
  • Engage with stakeholders to diagnose and clarify business needs, asking targeted questions to resolve inconsistencies and ensure accurate understanding of requirements.
  • Translate ambiguous or incomplete inputs into structured, actionable briefs, recommending appropriate analytical frameworks, storylines, and visual formats.
  • Provide guidance on communication, narrative flow, and presentation best practices to ensure deliverables are compelling, accurate, and aligned with the intended audience.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts related to brand, compliance, risk, and audience perception, recommending enhancements that strengthen quality and reduce rework.
  • Act as a consultative partner by evaluating solution options, assessing trade‑offs, and guiding stakeholders toward approaches that optimize clarity, speed, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Banking DRIVE team to develop compliant, high‑quality outputs, coordinating across groups to refine requirements and manage expectations.
  • Ensure high‑quality QC and final deliverables, maintaining accuracy, adherence to standards, and consistency across all outputs.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Essential qualifications/ Market skill set:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in presentation design and team management.
  • Advanced-level experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Previous experience with Adobe Photoshop and PDF writer; InDesign
  • Demonstrated skill/background in layout and graphic design
  • Strong oral and written skills, including proofreading
  • Advanced typing skills: speed plus accuracy

Preferred Skills & Abilities:

Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
