Talent Marketing Content Creator (Sr. Marketing Consultant)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent Marketing Content Creator (Sr. Marketing Consultant) to join the Global Talent Attraction & Marketing (GTAM) team within the Content & Creative (C+C) pod.

This role is for a modern content creator who understands how storytelling, strategy, and activation work together to influence candidate behavior. You will create, evolve, and activate content that helps job seekers understand who we are, why the work matters, and what’s possible here.

You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to turn hiring priorities and business goals into clear, human‑centered content that performs across channels.

This is both a creative and strategic role. You will not only produce content, but also help shape what we create, why we create it, and how it’s measured.

In this role, you will:

Create and activate compelling talent content

  • Develop high‑impact content across formats including articles, short and long‑form written stories, video, social and digital experiences, presentations, and campaign assets.

  • Translate complex business, role, and culture concepts into approachable, candidate‑first stories.

  • Adapt content for multiple channels while maintaining clarity, consistency, and brand integrity.

Operate as a strategic content partner

  • Consult with Talent Acquisition and GTAM partners to understand hiring priorities and audience needs.

  • Help shape content strategies aligned to broader talent marketing goals, not just individual requests.

  • Apply audience insights, performance data, and channel context to inform content decisions.

Support integrated campaign work

  • Contribute content that supports broader attraction, engagement, and talent brand campaigns.

  • Collaborate with creative, media, and channel partners to ensure content is optimized for activation.

  • Balance storytelling with execution, ensuring content is both meaningful and usable.

Measure, learn, and improve

  • Track performance using available data and insights.

  • Use results to refine content, recommend improvements, and inform future work.

  • Partner with teammates to continuously improve how content supports candidate engagement and hiring outcomes.

Champion brand, quality, and inclusion

  • Ensure all content aligns to Wells Fargo brand standards, legal and compliance requirements.

  • Uphold a candidate‑first, inclusive approach that reflects our values and commitment.

  • Apply thoughtful quality control to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and trustworthy.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience creating content for employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent‑focused campaigns

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, engaging, and human‑centered voice

  • Experience producing content across multiple formats and channels, including digital and video

  • Ability to translate strategy and insights into compelling creative output

  • Comfort working in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience using content management systems, creative tools, and basic performance metrics

  • Project management experience, including managing multiple requests, timelines, and priorities

  • Experience working in a large enterprise or global organization

  • Experience with tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Video editing, email campaign tool like constant contact, MailChimp, Recruiting Discovery page editing and article creating, Canva

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
