Senior Business Execution Consultant - WIM Lending Product Development

About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant – WIM Lending Product Development as part of Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). This role is within the WIM Product organization and supports the lending platform.

The Senior Business Execution Consultant will work closely with product, technology, and functional stakeholders. This role focuses on agile product development.

In this role, you will

  • Develop a strong understanding of WIM’s lending platform, products, and delivery model
  • Own Agile delivery processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement, dependency reviews, and cross‑team coordination forums
  • Lead end-to-end testing efforts, including complex initiatives involving many impacted applications
  • Execute product delivery activities, including milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk/issue escalation
  • Partner with other Product Owners, Technology Leads, Risk, Legal, and Operations to develop solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working on a product team and partnering with technology teams as part of Agile product delivery
  • Experience with Jira or similar Agile delivery tools
  • Background in financial services; exposure to lending products is a plus
  • Experience executing UAT, including end-to-end coordination across multiple applications
  • Ability to organize and synthesize information and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
