About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Specialist who will provide a high level of professional administrative support to an executive leader within Corporate & Investment Banking which includes a balance of senior executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad hoc project/business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide administrative Support to an Executive leader within CIB COO. 
  • Detailed calendar and inbox management; effective scheduling of meetings and activities as required; coordinating and supporting meeting setup and execution
  • Partner with executive’s to ensure the executive is fully briefed and prepared for meetings etc.
  • Perform proxy role for various systems and internal approvals
  • Provide administrative assistance on projects, committee/ Board meeting preparation etc.
  • Coordinate senior leader schedules, global travel etc.
  • Manage, create, and distribute reports and meeting documents as required; take and distribute meeting minutes if needed
  • Performs detailed administrative tasks as required
  • Partner with support teams for any technology, facilities, or support needs that arise for the business
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Represent the office with competence and professionalism
  • Operate with the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Use initiative to rapidly resolve general issues and queries in an efficient manner

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience providing support to C-Suite/ board level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think logically and consider alternatives to provide practical solutions based on a broad understanding of relevant factors
  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement, planning events, manage a busy calendar and appointments flawlessly
  • Ability to work effectively with key team members and partners across various time zones and locations
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, target oriented and professionally committed at all times
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and use initiative
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Proven track record for consistently meeting and exceeding goals and delivering a superior level of job performance
  • Extensive experience to an advanced level of using all Microsoft Office applications e.g. PowerPoint for detailed presentations, Outlook for managing multiple diaries, Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a detailed multinational organization
  • Experience working in a financial services organization is essential
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Resilient, proactive, and hands-on with a can-do attitude
  • Meticulous approach with a high attention to detail

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site at the posted location

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$50.00 - $80.77
