About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant .
The role will serve as a trusted partner to the Technology India & Philippines leadership team, with primary responsibility for developing executive narratives, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, and delivering senior leadership communications.
The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, transforming large volumes of data into concise, impactful, and visually compelling executive materials. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and can support fast-paced leadership decision-making through high-quality analytics, dashboards, and presentations.
In this role, you will:
- Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
- Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- Partner closely with the Technology I&P Head and senior leadership team to develop strategic narratives, executive communications, and leadership presentations.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, executive-ready summaries with a strong focus on brevity and clarity.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reports that enable informed decision-making.
- Translate complex business and technology topics into simple, compelling stories tailored for executive audiences.
- Deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Support leadership reviews, business updates, strategic discussions, board materials, and executive forums.
- Manage competing priorities and rapidly respond to ad hoc requests in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, visualization, and executive communication standards.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting CIOs, CTOs, COOs, or other senior technology executives.
- Expertise in dashboarding, data visualization, and executive reporting tools (PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
- Background in strategy, management consulting, technology business management, or business operations.
- Experience creating leadership communications, MBR materials, strategic reviews, and organizational updates.
- An exceptional storyteller who can build compelling executive narratives.
- A data-driven problem solver who simplifies complexity.
- Obsessed with clarity, brevity, and executive-ready communication.
- Comfortable operating under ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Able to produce visually outstanding presentations and dashboards at speed.
- Highly responsive, proactive, and outcome-oriented.

Job Expectations:
- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, strategy, business management, executive reporting, consulting, or related functions.
- Extensive hands-on experience with data analysis, business insights, and performance reporting.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a proven ability to create visually compelling executive presentations.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
- Significant experience supporting senior executives and interacting with leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highly complex environments with limited direction and evolving requirements.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs with speed and urgency.
