About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a managing director to oversee our Equity Finance and FCM (EFF) Product Management group. This role covers jobs responsible for the evaluation, development, and ongoing management of EFF products to meet client needs and business requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop multiple Equity Finance and FCM Product Management teams of managers and professional individual contributors with focus on delivering services of moderate to high complexity and risk for cross-functional stakeholders and internal partners associated with EFF Product Management functional area, or who are affected by its outcomes
- Work closely with technology, legal, compliance, business leaders to ensure successful delivery of product offerings
- Be the subject matter expert in front to back workflows for trade processing, client reporting and margin.
- Lead the team and become the go to person for sales and senior management.
- Lead EFF Product Management team by making strategic decisions to efficiently resolve highly complex issues to provide quality risk deliverables
- Identify opportunities and strategies within EFF Product Management functional area for process improvement, as well as risk control development for the achievement of client goals and objectives
- Interpret and develop range of policies, procedures, product and service standards for business functions with moderate to high complexity and risk
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced management, strategy, operations management and building organizational effectiveness as well as performance
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Securities Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 12+ years of Equity Finance and FCM Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Equity Finance and FCM Product Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- Deep understanding of Prime Brokerage, Market Maker Financing, Futures, Client facing technologies, risk and margin and operational flow.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, including big room planning and Jira management
- Product and/or Project Management experience including organizing multi-stakeholder prioritization, planning, scope documentation and articulating requirements including use cases and prototype solutions.
- Ability to manage Confluence and SharePoint sites.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
