Digital Content & Publishing Lead – Corporate & Investment Banking

About this role:

This role will lead digital content for Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) across priority web and social channels to expand reach and impact. You will connect content distribution to performance measurement, delivering insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions. You’ll publish and optimize compliant market content to accelerate engagement while scaling output through strong risk controls and streamlined operations. Using performance data and sound judgment, you will continuously assess what’s working, what isn’t, and why—then apply those insights to drive improvement.  This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Minneapolis, MN; or San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will:

  • Content Strategy Implementation: Lead digital content strategy implementation across web and social channels to advance CIB priorities

  • Editorial Operations: Own editorial calendars and SLAs to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency

  • Content Development: Translate complex market topics into clear, compliant, client‑ready content

  • SEO & Accessibility: Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and engagement across owned channels

  • Risk & Compliance: Enforce pre‑publish risk controls and reviews aligned to policy and regulation

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to capture insights and secure timely approvals

  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure reach, engagement, and conversion across digital channels

  • Performance Optimization: Turn performance insights into test‑and‑learn actions and investment decisions

  • Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows and templates to reduce time to publish and rework

  • Content Governance: Govern content libraries, taxonomy, tagging, and archiving for reuse and findability


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing digital content strategies for B2B financial services

  • Experience managing web and social editorial calendars under review SLAs

  • Experience translating complex market topics into compliant digital content

  • Experience optimizing content for search, accessibility, and engagement across channels

  • Experience implementing risk controls and review workflows for digital publishing

  • Experience using performance data to deliver insights, optimize content, and guide investment decisions

  • 333 Market Street - San Francisco, CA ($120,000 - $196,000)

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
