About this role:
If you’re already a trusted product leader, the most interesting opportunities often aren’t the ones you’re actively searching for.
Within Wells Fargo, the Workplace Technology organization is redefining how modern collaboration and communication platforms enable productivity at enterprise scale. We’re looking for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to step into a highly visible role as the Workplace Communications & Collaboration Product Lead, shaping how tens of thousands of employees connect, communicate, and get work done every day.
This is a rare opportunity to operate as the single, accountable product voice for enterprise communications and productivity experiences—spanning Voice, Instant Messaging, Video, and M365 collaboration tools (including Teams and adjacent productivity platforms). You will partner directly with senior technology and business leaders to translate workforce needs into clear product strategy, disciplined investment decisions, and cohesive, intuitive user experiences.
You won’t just influence a roadmap—you’ll own the “why” and the “what” across a broad portfolio that includes enterprise voice services, unified communications, messaging and meeting platforms, M365 productivity tools, regulated communications capabilities, and emerging AI-enabled collaboration experiences. You’ll ensure these platforms are not only technically sound, but adopted, valued, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of a dynamic workforce.
The work sits at the intersection of employee experience, enterprise productivity, and technology strategy. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring investments in collaboration and communication technologies are aligned to business priorities, secure and compliant by design, resilient at scale, and measurable in terms of productivity and experience outcomes.
Success in this role isn’t just delivery—it’s driving clarity, alignment, adoption, and measurable value across a complex ecosystem of platforms and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely across engineering, operations, security, risk, compliance, and support teams to deliver seamless and scalable communication experiences.
If you’re energized by influencing at scale, shaping the future of work, and driving meaningful improvements in how employees communicate and collaborate, this role offers the kind of scope, visibility, and impact that doesn’t come around often—especially for leaders who are already excelling in their current roles.
