About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to serve as a Marketing Process & Controls Lead, supporting high-impact marketing initiatives across digital channels.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong operational and risk discipline, someone who understands how marketing campaigns are executed but is equally focused on ensuring processes are controlled, compliant, and audit ready. You will partner across marketing, compliance, risk, and business teams to strengthen governance, improve consistency, and support enterprise-wide marketing effectiveness. This role has a strong emphasis on process excellence, governance, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in marketing within a regulated environment (financial services strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of process controls, issue management, risk management, and audit practices
Experience supporting or partnering with risk and compliance
Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaign execution, and records management systems such as Aprimo
Ability to evaluate complex processes and recommend practical improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance
Proven ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
