About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives within our Auto division. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of complex, high-impact programs that modernize servicing platforms, migrate data, and enhance operational capabilities.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong program execution, stakeholder management, and transformation delivery experience. The role will partner closely with Auto leadership, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to ensure migrations are executed seamlessly, with minimal customer disruption and strong adherence to regulatory and risk standards.

In this role, you will:
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale account migrations, including strategy, sequencing, risk mitigation, and post-migration stabilization
- Drive end-to-end transformation programs impacting servicing platforms, customer data, and operational processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic guidance on migration readiness, execution risks, and business impacts
- Oversee cross-functional program execution across Technology, Operations, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Develop and manage program governance structures, including steering committees, executive updates, and decision frameworks
- Identify and resolve highly complex challenges related to data conversion, account onboarding, process transformation, and customer experience
- Ensure strong risk management and regulatory alignment, including audit readiness, control execution, and issue remediation
- Drive dependency management and coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities
- Lead development of executive-level communications and reporting, including status updates, risks, and performance metrics
- Establish and track success metrics such as migration accuracy, customer impact, operational readiness, and defect rates
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority in a matrixed environment
- Support post-migration optimization, continuous improvement, and lessons learned integration
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading account or platform migrations within financial services, auto finance, or consumer lending
- Strong understanding of data migration, reconciliation, and validation processes
- Experience working in highly regulated environments, including Risk, Compliance, and Audit alignment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior and executive leadership
- Strong program governance and large-scale initiative leadership experience
- Ability to manage complexity across multiple workstreams in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
