    About the Role

    The CIB Business Execution Manager is a critical role within COO / CAO. Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking, commercial real estate lending and servicing, investment banking, equity and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe. In addition to adding value to business groups through a suite of services, this role covers jobs that have a broad focus within the Marketing job family that includes developing integrated marketing strategies to execute across all channels including digital.

    As a Lead of the Business Resiliency team within CAO, you will be responsible to lead a team of Business Resiliency Coordinators for CIB functions. Team partners with businesses across CIB to build, maintain and test Resiliency strategies in preparation for any Resiliency events. Team also reviews the Resiliency Ratings on an annual basis for all functions to ensure the right levels of criticality are represented in the plans. Resiliency Lead is also expected to engage with Business Heads in India on a regular basis and act as a first point of contact for any Technology Outages, Resiliency Incidents and to have an effective Location strategy in place for respective functions. Team executes certain controls as determined by Enterprise Resiliency team and the lead is expected to have an in-depth understanding of Risk, Controls and any regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Businesses to define and build Resiliency Strategies.
  • Ensure timely updates to Resiliency plans on back of people or process changes and ensure plan health at all times.
  • Ensure metrics defined by Enterprise teams are adhered to and challenge metrics periodically to make it relevant for CIB businesses.
  • Streamline reporting by leveraging on existing tools like Power BI and ensure metrics reported for fit for purpose.
  • Drive location strategy, review concentration risk across locations and fix any gaps proactively.
  • Drive Resiliency tests globally at a function and site level and document test results.
  • Lead a team of Business Resiliency Coordinators and build engagement plans within in India and globally to ensure preparedness from Businesses in case of Resiliency events
  • Essential Qualifications

  • 12-14 years experience in leading teams with expertise in CIB Functions and preferably within Business Resiliency
  • Strong understanding of CIB Products within Banking, Markets and Commercial Real Estate businesses.
  • .
  • Strong stake holder management skills to partner and influence positive outcomes.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and define the future road map / target operating model for the group
  • Strong communication skills and experience in navigating through matrix organizations
  • People Management skills in leading teams and working on building careers
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of automation tools and applicability of AI within Inhouse and Vendor applications is a big plus
