Senior Business Execution Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant as part of the Infrastructure and Product team within Wealth and Investment Management Operations. This Business Execution team provides oversight and alignment across individual disciplines that include risk and regulatory activities, custody operations, and wealth servicing products. Each discipline maintains its own specialized processes and subject matter expertise, while the team ensures that all areas operate with consistent standards, strong controls, and high data integrity. This role is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive operational transformation, reduce risk, and deliver measurable outcomes across Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations by partnering with leaders and specialists across these disciplines while monitoring procedures, resolving issues, identifying gaps, and promoting compliance.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and execute strategic cross-functional initiatives to contribute to large scale WIM Operations from ideation to execution

  • Champion operational excellence and drive transformational change Ensure operational excellence, quality, efficiency, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and proactively resolve complex issues

  • Oversee planning, integration, and performance measurement for high-impact operations

  • Collaborate with functional leaders to align resources, resolve conflicts, and ensure strategic alignment

  • Identify risks and dependencies associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies

  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance business execution

  • Coordinate cross-functional strategies to meet complex deliverables and drive results

  • Interpret policies and procedures to lead high-visibility programs and initiatives

  • Influence senior leaders and business partners to support and advance strategic priorities across business, risk and technology

  • Develop compelling communications and presentations to engage stakeholders and drive alignment

  • Develop executive-ready communications and actionable insights

  • Adapt to evolving priorities and support a broad range of strategic initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Wealth or Brokerage Operations

  • 4+ years of financial product and/or project management experience

  • Demonstrated Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) and Issue Management experience

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Align

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple business groups, driving measurable operational outcomes

  • Excellent ability to translate complex topics into concise, executive-ready messaging

  • Ability to develop and articulate business cases, including cost/benefit analysis and investment planning

  • Comfortable working in highly ambiguous, evolving environments with shifting priorities

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
