About this role:
The Technology AI Transformation & Governance team is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead strategic initiatives that enable the governance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across Technology. This role will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, driving enterprise AI governance processes, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution in support of Technology's AI strategy.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of independence, influencing decisions across multiple organizations while establishing scalable processes, governance frameworks, and operating models that support AI innovation and compliance.

In this role, you will:
Lead complex strategic initiatives that support Technology's AI governance and operating model.
Drive execution of enterprise AI governance processes, including intake, approval, inventory management, and compliance activities.
Partner with Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to enable responsible AI adoption.
Develop and implement governance frameworks, operating procedures, and controls to support scalable AI delivery.
Facilitate executive-level governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision-making sessions.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities impacting AI initiatives and drive mitigation strategies across the portfolio.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve AI adoption, organizational readiness, and operational effectiveness.
Translate complex business challenges into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Evaluate opportunities for Technology AI investment and divestments.
Develop executive communications, presentations, and reporting materials for senior leaders.
Influence strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives aligned to enterprise AI objectives.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
7+ years of Strategy, Program Management, Governance, Consulting, or related experience
3 years of experience leading large-scale transformational initiatives across multiple organizations.
2 years of Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), data, or emerging technology initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of enterprise governance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Experience building operating models, organizational processes, or transformation programs
Experience influencing senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
Advanced reporting, analytics, and storytelling capabilities.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00Benefits
