Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Enhance deposit models using Wells Fargo's proprietary risk management and treasury analysis technologies to support high priority initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain and adapt models to changing economic conditions, draft development documents, and validate models through sensitivity analysis and recalibrations. Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate model development consistent with governance processes. Advise business groups on pricing guidance, stress behavior, and regulatory treatment for deposits. Manage and analyze system of records data using proprietary analytic technologies to meet liquidity management regulations and support stress testing activities. Provide analytical support to global treasury functions for liquidity risk management, funding strategies, and asset liability management. Prepare analyses, presentations, and special projects for senior leadership. Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Implement solutions for complex liquidity issues and contribute to strategic decisions within the Treasury function. Train new hires and junior team members in proprietary treasury analytics, liquidity risk frameworks, and deposit modeling methodologies. Ensure data quality and system integrity, and translate complex data into executive-level insights for senior leadership. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days per week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications:

Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required: 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving treasury experience.

Specific skills required:

•              Experience with liquidity management;

•              Understanding of the robust regulatory environment impacting the banking sector including capital, liquidity, stress testing, and resolution planning;

•              Knowledge and understanding of general ledgers and accounting policies;

•              Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Essbase/Smartview, or other querying/data platforms to create ad hoc reporting;

•              Proven experience managing high-governance financial analytics and leading cross-functional initiatives;

•              Experience in liquidity risk analytics, including stress testing support and model validation aligned with governance and oversight requirements for internal and regulatory reporting standards; and

•              Experience in system of record data management with strong expertise in data lineage, data quality controls, and data reconciliation.
