About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategic Solutions Leader to lead a team responsible for accelerating business transformation through innovation, strategic initiatives, process simplification, productivity improvement, AI-enabled solutions, and business execution excellence. This leader will identify opportunities to improve the way work is performed, develop scalable solutions, and partner across the organization to drive measurable business outcomes, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. This leader is also responsible for ongoing support of tools developed and implemented within Specialty Underwriting & Credit Services.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes
- Lead the Strategic Solutions function responsible for advancing innovation, transformation, simplification, and productivity improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee the Innovation Hub operating model, including opportunity intake, prioritization, evaluation, execution planning, and value realization.
- Identify emerging business trends, operational challenges, and strategic opportunities through analysis of data, employee feedback, customer insights, and operational metrics.
- Drive the development, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, smart tools, automation solutions, and other business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Actively manage adoption to drive sustained use of new capabilities, prevent reversion to legacy tools or workarounds, and ensure delivered solutions achieve enduring business outcomes at scale.
- Partner with senior leaders to define strategic priorities, establish roadmaps, and execute enterprise and business-aligned initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts associated with organizational, process, technology, and operating model transformations.
- Establish governance, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to monitor initiative performance, adoption, benefits realization, and business outcomes.
- Develop executive-level reporting and presentations that communicate progress, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, operational feasibility, customer experience, risk mitigation, and return on investment.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, process optimization, workflow technologies, and business-led innovation practices.
- Experience supporting tools developed and implemented within Specialty Underwriting & Credit Services.
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities through data analysis, trend identification, and root cause assessment, translating insights into actionable and measurable outcomes.
- Experience establishing and leading innovation, transformation, or process improvement functions focused on driving efficiency, productivity, and customer experience improvements.
- Experience developing, implementing, and scaling business solutions, including process redesign, smart tools, reporting capabilities, and automation opportunities.
- Advanced executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated success building partnerships across business, technology, risk, control, data, and operations functions to achieve strategic objectives.
- Experience prioritizing and managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, balancing business value, risk considerations, resource allocation, and execution complexity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to convert business challenges into scalable solutions.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, accountability, and talent development.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
